MARCY GARB

retired after a career as an educator in pharmaceutical development. In her role as Director of Education & Training at Merck Research Laboratories, Marcy headed a training department of 30 trainers with worldwide responsibilities. Her department developed and provided both classroom and on-line training on 168 different topics to over 30,000 attendees a year. Marcy has extensive experience in the training associated with business process reengineering, the implementation of new computer systems and major organizational transformations. Marcy's diverse background as an educator also includes serving as a Medical Technology instructor and teaching all high school subjects in a GED program. Marcy received her BA in Biology from Rutgers Livingston College and her MS in Environmental Science from Rutgers University. She also holds Secondary Science Teacher's Certification from Holy Family College.

GARY GARB

retired from a 35-year career in the computing field. He has managed software engineering projects, trained software engineers and managers in development methodologies, and was Director of Computer Security for Unisys corporation. Gary has taught computer science in several universities at the graduate and undergraduate levels. Gary creates the eLearning modules for The Training Help Desk and created The Training Help Desk's Proto-LMS (Learning Management System) concept which enables small companies without an LMS to make use of on-line courses for their staffs. In recent years, he has developed and maintained several websites. Gary received his BS in Business Administration from American University and his MS in Computer Science from Rutgers University. He also completed all required courses in doctoral study for Computer Science at The Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.
